It was an exciting night at the 1st annual Stollery Ball held by the Stollery Youth Association. The Stollery Ball was a dance and silent auction fundraiser, with proceeds going to the Stollery Children’s Hospital.

The Prince of Wales Armouries in downtown Edmonton was the setting for this wonderful, event.  As guests entered an intimate room they were drawn to a delicious fruit bar.  There were fruit platters consisting of grapes, strawberries, watermelons and more, all arrayed like works of art.  Chocolate cascaded out of a fountain, enticing one to dip their nuggets of fruit.  A classy and somewhat romantic atmosphere was created by elegantly decorated tables with flower petals strewn around a central black iron wrought lanterns.

Next to the snack bar was an auction table consisting of various items on which guests could bid.  A Starbuck’s package was just one of the many great items that were donated for the auction.

As well as enjoying the appetizers provided by Century Hospitality Group, guests captured some fun photos with the Flashworks Photobooth green-screen. As a heart sponsor for the Stollery Ball, Flashworks was delighted in seeing so many attendees enjoying themselves in the booth. In case a photobooth wasn’t enough for fun, DJ David McBean was spinning some tunes for some fun on the dance floor.

Flashworks Photobooth is honoured to have been a sponsor for the 1st Annual Stollery Ball. We hope you all had a fun night. We sure did!
