The 2013 Special Olympics Alberta Summer Games in Devon were fantastic!

More than 400 athletes arrived at Devon’s Dale Fisher Arena for a great banquet. The hockey arena was transformed into a room full of tables covered in a myriad of colourful tablecloths. As the athletes and their coaches took to their seats, a few speeches were given congratulating the entire room for their hard work and determination. The sound of a mighty applause could be heard throughout the entire arena.

After the dinner, athletes could relax in a lounge area set up with a foosball table, a ping pong table, and the Flashworks Photobooth. The athletes looked like they had a great time putting on different props, and taking many group shots in our open-style backdrop. Even the volunteers got a chance to have some photo fun with Flashworks at the end of the night.
Flashworks would like to thank the Alberta Special Olympics for inviting us out to such a momentous event. We would like to congratulate all the athletes, and thank the almost 50 volunteers who took the time out of their day to help out with the evening.
