Flashworks Photobooth was once again invited to the Grant MacEwan Aboriginal Students Club Year-end Gala.

The Gala was held in the Paul Byrne Hall of the Robbin’s Health Learning Centre. Upon arriving, guests received name tags and could then enter to socialize and enjoy some delicious appetizers such as the fried shrimp, chicken wings, spring rolls and more. Cocktail tables were covered in a black cloth accenting the glass vase holding crystal beads flourishing with bright green leaves. Corners of the room and the sides of the stage were decorated with bunches of red and white helium balloons.

Towards the end of the speeches, important members of the Aboriginal Students Club were acknowledged and were able to say a few words as well. After guests had enjoyed their dinner, each member of the club was also recognized and received a gift. A raffle was held, giving everybody with a ticket a chance to win gift cards to places such as Chapters, Cineplex, and other stores.

The photobooth was in constant use as guests had a great time dressing up and posing to have a memoir of the special day.
