Sarasota Homes Christmas Party

December 2, 2012

Sarasota Homes held their Christmas party at the corporate office in St. Albert. To get everyone in the Christmas spirit, a giant blow up Santa Claus and six Smart cars with red noses and antlers greeted everyone arriving that evening.

The front desk was decorated with a glass vase of silver ornaments and two tall thin black vases holding wavy silver branches on both sides. The invitation was also displayed in a frame as well as blank name tags that each guest could write their name on and wear. Everybody was encouraged to take a photo in our booth as soon as they came in before heading into the hall.

The hall was decorated with a “New York State of Mind” theme. A table at the doorway featured taxis-shaped chocolates and a vase filled with silver ornaments, while behind it stood a tall street light where guests could purchase their bar tickets and find their tables. The tables were covered with a silver table cloths and surrounded by black chairs. While some centrepieces consisted of a thin vase holding metallic branches, others had a short vase filled with crystals and topped with black feathers blooming up. On one side of the room was a post holding a “Broadway” and “Central Park” street sign to add to the theme.

Entertainment was provided by Bella Rouge as they performed their “incognito” opener. At the start, a trio of girls were disguised as servers pouring drinks for guests and then suddenly one of the girls started signing with the other two joining in. Everybody was wowed by their astonishing performances. After a quick costume change they were there to entertain all night. Guests also had an enjoyable night with our photo booth to capture pictures of all the fun.

Thank you for inviting us to your party, Sarasota Homes! We wish you and all your staff a Merry Christmas!
