Aisha & Zaki

We’d like to wish Aisha and Zaki all the very best on their special day! Throughout the evening it was plain to see that everyone was having a great time socializing and enjoying your hospitality.

The Palace Banquet and Conference Facility was an excellent venue for your wedding and its spacious mutil-level area was most favourable for hosting your abundant family and friends. As your guests entered the hall, Alicat’s Photography filmed the pleasantries at the receiving line and the signing of the guestbook. As everyone took their photos in the photobooth, they also had a fun time composing a message and pasting their photos onto a page into your mutli-coloured scrapbook.

The decor was delightful. All around the hall along the walls were covered with white fabric from floor to ceiling that was accented with green pot lights. And hanging from the ceiling were four long bands of drapery radiating out from the center of the room. At each of the tables stood a tall vase with sparkly green leafy fern fronds placed within the middle of a square of golden creamy fabric on a white table cloth. On the north end of the hall was a raised platform where two large wooden thrones stood and which were reserved especially for Aisha and Zaki. Behind them were four wire columns fitted with mini-lights set against a white fabric backdrop. To the left of this set up was a wire arch, again lit with mini-lights, in front of which stood a round table showcasing a white, three-tier wedding cake embellished with small red roses and greenery.

During the cocktail hour, guests could partake in a number of tasty dishes at a “snack table” and could pour themselves punch from a tall illuminated fountain. Dinner consisted of a feast of east Indian cuisine filling two buffet tables, and dessert followed with a variety of creamy and chocolatey cakes. There was also a candy bar brimming with a wide assortment of treats of all shapes and sizes, and a table of paan as an after dinner favour.

Aisha and Zaki, we had a lot of fun at your wedding and were honoured to be in attendance. Flashworks Photobooth wishes you all the health, happiness and love in the world as you start this new phase of your lives together!
