Congratulations to a beautiful young couple on the occasion of your wedding. You had the perfect venue to compliment the perfect party with a great group of guests!

In the foyer area of the Quartz ballroom on the mezzanine level of the Matrix Hotel, guests approached the guestbook table which was decorated with a small glass vase with roses in different hues of pink, a white frame holding a black and white picture of the couple, as well as, a guest book emblazoned with the letters C and M in sparkles on the front and a key connected to a ribbon to tie the book together. Every other page of the guest book had a picture of the couple and allowed the guests write their well wishes on the opposing page. An itinerary was also printed out on a pink sheet of paper for guests to follow throughout the night. Beside this table was a large white framed mirror on an easel, onto which a seating plan was affixed in the form of cards held in place with a small rhinestone.

Inside the ballroom, guest tables were draped in a white tablecloth surrounded by chairs in a light pink cover knotted at the back. Some of the centerpieces consisted of tall, white candle stick with short chains of crystal beads hanging down, while other centerpieces were pink floral spheres sitting atop tall silver stands. Each of the tables had a picture of the newly weds in a white frame. The head table was set across one one side of the ballroom, where the wedding party sat in front of a white sheer backdrop with sections of crystal beaded chains dangling down to the base. Vases and small bouquets of pink roses added colour to this presentation.

After guests had enjoyed their dinner, the program started with speeches from friends and family guiding everyone through the bride and groom’s lives, following with a slide show of pictures of the special couple. Everybody enjoyed themselves that night especially when the music was playing. Guests also had a great time dressing up with props and taking wacky pictures in our photobooth. I’m sure that they’ll fondly remember Cory-Lynn and Marty’s wonderful wedding when reviewing their photos.
